Moodboard & Color Palette

The moodboard will include the choice of furnishings and give you a feel for the direction I am moving toward with your design.

The color palette is made up of all of the colors you will be using in your new space. This includes; paint colors, trim color, stain.


Furniture Floor Plan

The floor plan is designed to scale, based on your room measurements. It provides the framework for your new design. The floor plan includes a furniture layout so you will know exactly what pieces of furniture and sizes you will need in your new design.

Shopping List

Our goal is to make the installation of this new design as seamless and easy on you as possible.

You will also receive a complete shopping list with detailed items to purchase for your new design and have a 30-minute call with us as a follow up to put the finishing touches to your space.

Items include; furniture, lighting fixtures, accessories, art, floor coverings, whatever we feel you will need to complete your design.

I have trade accounts with many unique, trade only source.  If you purchase items through me, or my store, you will receive a discounted price on items purchased for your project.

Starting at $599

Intended for clients that need assistance with designing a layout and sourcing furnishings & decor (light construction elements are charged a la carte).

I work with you to create a digital design board and shopping list with links, then we turn it over to you to order and install! The process can go as quickly as 3 weeks. The following is included:

  • 30 minute Facetime or phone call consultation

  • Initial concept mood board with 2 rounds of revisions

  • Detailed floor plan with furniture layout

  • Product list with clickable shopping list

  • Installation instructions

  • Follow up call with questions to assist with finishing the room with details

*Minimum of $3,000 furnishing budget per room suggested, not including design cost.



Intended for clients who have most of their furnishings in place, but need help from an expert in taking their project to the finish line by selecting decorative details and accent furniture to tie their room(s) together. This service is ideal for clients who don’t need a full room(s) designed, but need help evaluating what you have and which pieces will work best to round out their space(s) before purchasing. This package typically can source under 5 items. If you need to source more than 5 items, then the One Room Design is a better option for you. *Does not include a floor plan.

The Easy Design Process

Step #1: Complimentary 30-Minute Discovery Call

Jump on a 30-minute complimentary call with me and let’s get to know each other. I will help you navigate best next steps in your design project and see if I am the right designer for you!

Step #2: Take approximately 45 minutes to do some homework:

A) Fill out our in-depth design questionnaire

B) Send measurements, photos and a quick layout sketch.

C) Send me a Pinterest Board

D) Complete payment for design services

Step #3: Design Time!

Patience is a virtue. I will create a design board and curate a shopping list with each item linked. This process can be as quick as 3 weeks, 2 weeks for a design and one week for a single round of edits.

Step #4: Execution & Follow Up Video Call

I will hand off your design board and shopping list! It’s time to order your items from the list. Each package includes a 30-minute follow up video call for guidance on finishing styling touches.

*Due to COVID, many manufactures are behind on manufacturing and shipping. There are sometimes 2-4 month delays on furnishings.
